- Work activity and measurable unit.
- Crew size and role mix.
- Direct labor hours and equipment hours.
- Site and weather conditions.
- Material availability and travel distance.
- Quality checks, delays, and rework.
- Observed range, median, and sample size.
Responsible presentation
