The Daily Brief pipeline is designed for scheduled publishing while preserving source attribution, content quality, and the ability to stop or correct publication.
Pipeline stages
1. IngestApproved RSS feeds, APIs, and primary-source updates

3. DeduplicateCluster reports covering the same underlying event
4. RankScore relevance to finance, business, construction, technology, and the portfolio

8. ExpireRemove stale homepage items while preserving appropriate archives
Human control points
The system should support source allowlists, blocked topics, emergency pause, correction updates, manual approval for sensitive categories, and a publication log.
Search and AdSense safeguards
The pipeline should not create pages solely to capture search traffic. Each published brief must add original context, preserve attribution, avoid copied text, and connect to a genuinely relevant user resource.
